Making the Cut - Fitness & Nutrition Program kicks off with a nutrition lecture on 5/13 at 6pm at the Federal Way Community Center.  Cost is $45/Members or $90 for non-members or free with your upgraded membership.   Price includes nutrition lecture, fitness testing and unlimited access to the Making the Cut classes offered: M/W 10:30am, Tues 5:45am, F 10:45am, M/TH 6:30pm, W 6:45pm, Sat 9:10am.  This program is designed for individuals looking to lose that last 10-20lbs.  Runs for 30 days.
